So how do we use UV flashlight to check the oil and gas leaking? Mostly we use oil-soluble fluorescent to check the leaking, in a simple way.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 18pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">Put the Oil-soluble fluorescent into the fluid system, start the systemic circulation, fluorescent dyes are fast dissolved into the system with penetrate tol the leaking area. This process takes about 5-10 minutes (depending on the difference of\u00a0\u00a0 the temperature and oil).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 18pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">Using the invisible light (UVLED) to test the leaking part, It will be a strong yellow-white fluorescent in the leaking part, which is easy to be tested.
